Services that enable you and your Organisation
Our own services are focused on providing expert assistance tailored to your specific needs, enabling you to plan, design, construct, implement and manage:
- An appropriate Service Management System
- The right Business Services for your organisation.
We can support the planning, development and implementation of all or parts of your organisation’s:
- Service Management System
- Business Services
Our philosophy in providing these services is simple. We aim to help our customers to become self-sufficient as quickly as possible. To do this we make good use of the ITIL® v3 templates in the Service Management (SM) Architecture and if appropriate, also the ISO20000 Bridge templates.
We aim to help our customers to become self-sufficient as quickly as possible
Assistance provided can be short and focused, for example, assignments aimed at facilitating key decisions and “moments of truth” that affect the SM System or Services. But we can also provide longer-term support and guidance especially at the SM programme and project levels. More specifically we work with your organisation’s standards and infrastructure wherever possible, especially your established SM (ITIL compliant) systems.

- Assisting in the set up and running of projects for planning, developing, implementing and stabilising one or more ITIL processes.
- Facilitating the understanding and implementation of specific concepts and work products for each ITIL process area. For an example, see IT Governance in Insurance.
